1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at info@rhoviva.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue (damaged item, packaging, shipping box, labels)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rhoviva is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit:

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order is submitted.

We can possibly modify or cancel an order, but it is not guaranteed.

“Urgent Order Change – [Order #]”.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (if no replacement is available)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

If an item is missing from your shipment:

  • Contact us at info@rhoviva.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a photo of the items received

We will send the missing item as soon as possible.
