1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Orders $275 or More: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $275 or more. The order arrives in 2 business days.

Orders Below $275.00: Priority Shipping is $14.95. The order arrives in 3 business days. Standard Shipping is $9.95. The order arrives in 3-6 business days. 

Same Day & Next Day Shipping: We currently do not offer same-day or next-day shipping. However, we plan to provide these options in the future. If you need a product urgently, please email us at info@rhoviva.com for assistance.

2. Shipping Cut Off Times

Orders placed by 12 PM (EST) ship in 1-2 days. (ie. If you placed your order by Monday it will ship by Tuesday and Wednesday. )

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Location

Orders are shipped from Greenbelt, Maryland, USA.

4. Shipping Partners

Rhoviva orders ships USA orders via USPS.

Rhoviva orders shipped outside the US will be shipped via DHL.

5. Shipping Heat-Sensitive Items

Some products are temperature-sensitive and must be shipped in a controlled, cool environment. To help ensure your items arrive in optimal condition, we recommend placing your order early in the week and selecting overnight shipping for any heat-sensitive products.

6. Large Order Shipping Holds

We may place certain large orders on a temporary hold to review the details and ensure they are no scams. This could result in a one-day or more processing delay.

7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs delays or fees.

Rhoviva is not responsible for:

• Customs duties or taxes

• Delays caused by customs

• Packages rejected due to unpaid fees

All international sales are final unless damaged or incorrect.
