Breast Care Balm

 

Suggested Use:
1. Apply liberally to the areas of the breast, chest, and heart.
2. Massage with circular strokes to move lymph and release stagnation.
3. Let your massage be an opportunity to soothe the emotional heart.
4.Include the outer areas of the chest—the armpits, collarbones, and shoulder joints.
5. Allow balm to absorb, rinsing off any residue to protect your clothes and linens.
Can be practiced daily or weekly.
