Vegetarian capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, calcium palmitate.

Suggested Use:Adults and children over 12 years of age, take one capsule as needed at bedtime with a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not recommended for children under 12. Do not exceed recommended amount. Do not take for more than one week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Not for long term use.

Notice:This product contains Aloe ferox. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Aloe ferox may worsen these conditions and may be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
