Suggested Use:  

For ages 1 year & up: Take one (1) packet at any time of day with or without food. Mix entire contents of packet into cool food or drink. For optimal results continued daily use is suggested.

When experiencing occasional digestive upset, or to support daily skin health, take two (2) packets daily. If taking two packets, take one in the morning and one in the evening. If symptoms persist, consult your physician.
