Magnesium Glycinate Powder Orange

Magnesium Glycinate powder is formulated to naturally promote restful sleep, a calm body  and mind, and healthy mood. It also supports  the bones, nerves, liver, and digestion.*

Citric acid, steviol glycosides, natural flavors blend (orange and vanilla), beta carotene (for color), silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use:Mix 1 scoop (3g) with 2-8 oz of water daily. Due to the calming effects of magnesium, we recommend taking it 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Additional servings may be taken if desired, but excessive magnesium intake may cause a laxative effect. Minor crystallization may occur, but this does not affect product quality
