Suggested Use: 
1. Once or twice daily, stir one sachet of Omni-Biotic Stress Release in approximately 4 ounces / 125 mL of room temperature
water or other non-acidic liquid (e.g., dairy or dairy alternative
milk or yogurt, apple juice).
2. Wait 1 minute for probiotic activation.
3. Stir again and enjoy!
