Suggested Use:Mix 1 packet of PGX® granules (2.5 g) into 8 fl. oz. of cold water or juice and stir briskly. Take 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Take PGX Daily® with or without food or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings
